First Milestone…Crushed It

I woke up this morning and I just KNEW this was going to be the day! A few days ago I hit the 49.5 lb mark but you know how weight fluctuates a pound or two a day. I figured I was going to have to wait a few more days until I hit 50. So yesterday… I did this:

* Running (Treadmill) *
– 1.79 m in 35:00

* Triceps Push Downs *
– 50.0 lbs x 50 reps
– 50.0 lbs x 25 reps
– 50.0 lbs x 50 reps
– 50.0 lbs x 25 reps

* TRX Rows *
– 25 reps
– 25 reps
– 25 reps
– 25 reps

* Torso Rotation *
– 90.0 lbs x 25 reps
– 90.0 lbs x 25 reps

* Elliptical Trainer *
– 1.56 m in 18:00

* Recumbent Bike *
– 5.49 m in 25:00

And this:

(and then I ate three pieces of Little Caesars pizza for dinner)

But I drank about 100 ounces of water.

And this morning I am officially 50 pounds lighter than I was just 115 days ago!! Three months and twenty three days. That’s how long this first milestone took.

Here are a few of my goals (because accountability is everything, right?):

  1. Live a healthier lifestyle
  2. Exercise
  3. Utilize my planner to stay organized (Planners with Purpose at Columbus Makes IT!)
  4. Help women have the birth experiences they want (
  5. Earn extra income from my new Initials, Inc. business (
  6. Find others who are looking to earn extra income to help
  7. Drink. More. Water.

There are 97 days between now and January 1, 2018. What can we accomplish in that time? There’s a lot going on in the next few months. Holidays. Celebrations. Work. Life. Meetings. Worship. What will you make a priority in your life?
